1st Fine  : ZAR 2,500

2nd Fine : ZAR 5,000

3rd time : Eviction

Quite Times:

Weekdays: 8pm to 7am

Weekends: 10pm to 7am

Noise Protocol to be adhered too:

1. Please keep noise levels to low levels and be considerate of the neighbours.

2. There is ZERO Tolerance to Noise during the Quite times

3. No House parties and playing of Music Outside the home , especially No form of External Speakers is allowed.

4. There will be NO loud music, no external speakers and boom boxes type speakers.

5. During the quite times all noise / sound will have to be kept internally within the home. Screaming and Shouting in the house is not allowed, since sound travels.

6. All my neighbours have young children and elderly parents. Neighbours will be going early to bed and hence all noise will have to be kept at its minimum.

7. Don't spoil your stay by having ZEMA security stationed outside our home, since Security will setup a mobile Decibel Monitor outside the home if neighbours complain.
